This spacious modern French outpost calls Kowloon Bay home, with floor to ceiling windows allowing light in, Le Pan spreads over 10,000 square feet but still manages to create an intimate ambience. Tuck into signatures such as Kristal caviar with Botan shrimps and sea urchin served on a bed of crustacean jelly or for something meatier, try the soft boiled egg and cured pork belly in an emulsion of champignon.
