Discreetly tucked down a charming alleyway, this cosy neighbourhood Italian joint serves as both a bar and restaurant is the brainchild of renowned chefs Alessandro Angelini and Luca De Berardinis. A look at the menu reveals a host of enticing Italian favourites, including pasta dishes like the bolognaise sauce-filled Cappelletti Di Bolognese Bianca (HK$158), as well as the Chitarrino Al Tartufo Nero (HK$198), which consists of spaghettini “Chitarra” style, with black truffle, pecorino cheese “Pienza” and walnut bread crumbs. Of course, there is also a heavy focus on prime cuts of succulent Italian meat and a selection of seafood dishes to cater to a variety of different palates.
