The coffees, teas, wines and beers at Madera may rule but the food is also worth shouting about. Over in Shau Kei Wan, this venue has been knocking up some fab dishes of late, like the miso, tahini and avocado on toast or the Moroccan couscous and chickpea salad. There’s a load of light meals, some sweet desserts, a few top pies and even a Cornish pasty for the English pastry lovers. Not just quality drinks then at this café.
