Masa is a new Japanese sushi concept by chef Masataka Fujisawa offering an omakase experience in Central’s CCB Tower and a view of the city centre to match. The 21-seat restaurant, dressed in beautiful Hinoki wood, will serve fine nigiri sushi including fatty tuna, sea urchin, and squid crafted with the highest quality ingredients available, and a full sake cellar to back it up. Besides sushi, other delicate dishes include a steamed rockfish sourced from the Kyushu region.
