maze Grill, the acclaimed contemporary grill and steak restaurant by Gordon Ramsay, is celebrating its 1st anniversary and presents a unique and decadent menu that showcases its most loved dishes from the past year.
The special anniversary menu features some of Gordon Ramsay’s most favoured dishes including the ever-popular Special Confit Duck & Watermelon Salad and the now-iconic Beef Wellington. The menu also features the Mignonette Oyster, Grilled Diver Scallop and the Coconut and Dark Chocolate Creamaux.
The celebration menu will be available daily starting October 7 to 13 from 6pm onwards and represents excellent value at HK$888 per person. A sommelier-selected wine pairing option is also available at $288 per person.
