Messina x Mius mid-summer cocktail gelato

Gelato brand Messina has joined forces with Gough Street cocktail bar Mius for the latest edition of its "The Scoop" series, serving up two limited-edition cocktail-inspired gelato flavours from now to August 31. Created alongside Mius founder Shelley Tai, the lineup includes Apple-ly Ever After – a non-alcoholic sorbet and sherbet mix inspired by the bar's gin and apple drink – and A-Mius-Ing Negroni, a boozy strawberry gelato infused with bitter Italian amaro and pink peppercorns. Both flavours are available in limited daily quantities at Messina's Pottinger Street and Peak Galleria locations.
