Michelin Guide Dining Series: Haikal Johari and Laurent Peugeot

Haikal Johari of one-Michelin-starred Alma by Juan Amador, Singapore & Laurent Peugeot of one-Michelin-starred Le Charlemagne, France.

The two chefs will be joining for an all star four hands dinner at Petrus at the Island Shangri-La. The eight-course dinner features some of the chef's signatutres as well as dishes they have created especially for the evening. Tuck into chef Peugeot's beetroot langoustine dish of fresh langoustine tartare, beetroot, wakame powder and nori ume and Chef Haikal’s mata lembu puts a Singaporean twist on a classic beef tartare.
