The second location of Mint & Basil brings classic Thai and Vietnamese fare to Lantau’s Tung Chung waterfront. There’s a spacious, pet-friendly outdoor area ideal for dining with family and friends — four-legged or otherwise — year-round, as well as a slick interior space highlighted by a mural of a Southeast Asian street food market. Expect the classics, including tom yum, pad Thai and pho bo, on top of deeper cuts such as pan-seared scallops with lychee salad, fish maw soup with crab meat and lamb shank curry.
