Located on Upper Lascar Row in Sheung Wan, Mora, a French-Chinese restaurant focused on soy-based foods is the latest venture of two Michelin-starred Tate Dining Room's chef Vicky Lau. The soybean considered a pillar of Asian cuisine and culture, can be used in a surprising amount of ways and comes in a variety of different forms, shapes, textures and flavours. Mora aims to change the way we view and consume soy, and many of the soy-based ingredients at Mora are created in their own factory, including the group's exclusive soy products, Ān, which launched shortly after the restaurant's opening in 2022. Mora serves a five-course tasting lunch menu available at $680 per person and a six-course tasting menu for $ 1,080 per person.
