This popular bakery from Fukuoka has expanded its first overseas location in early 2025 and chosen Tsim Sha Tsui for its Hong Kong digs. The 2,500-square-foot wood and cement interiors are definitely reminiscent of the Japanese aesthetic, where customers can browse through approximately 40 types of breads, including toast, European-style loaves, super-soft Japanese bread, flaky pastries, and more.
There is also a Hong Kong-exclusive: a tiramisu melon pan that comes in two flavours. The chocolate bun encases an original tiramisu, while the matcha version is an original-flavoured melon pan housing matcha mascarpone cream. Both these exclusive products are limited to only 20 pieces per day.
