A healthy bubble tea shop opens on Lyndhurst Terrace in Central offering teas with house-blended vegan milk (gluten-free oat milk, almond milk, and hemp seed milk) and low-glycemic sweeteners such as coconut sugar, Lakanto monk fruit sugar, and blackstrap molasses as substitutes for traditional sugar agents. The tea shop is one of the first brands launched by sustainable lifestyle platform, Po House, headed by renowned plant-based chef Peggy Chan.
Drop by at the shop and order a glass of their signature Po Mylk Tea made with Keemun rose tea, oat cashew milk, grass jelly, rose powder, chia jelly, blackstrap molasses, and chewy acai tapioca. Mother Pearl is open on weekdays from 8am to 8pm and operates from 10am to 8pm during weekends.
