Time Out says

The Arcane Collective, established by Australian chef Shane Osborn, is opening its highly-anticipated third restaurant Moxie in Landmark’s Alexandra House on August 23. Moxie takes over the old Cova Ristorante & Caffe spot and is an all-day dining restaurant with an open kitchen. Design-wise, the restaurant has kept it fairly simple but clean and smart with black metalwork and grey marble countertops and natural oak wood.

Led by Arcane’s very own Michael Smith, Moxie offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with daily and seasonal specials. The food echoes The Arcane Collective’s focus on food that is contemporary but approachable with influences from all over the world, using produce sourced from a community of farmers, growers, and suppliers. The menu showcases plenty of vegetarian and sustainably sourced seafood, including a ruby beetroot with Taiwanese mango and feta salad served with a punchy jalapeño dressing; three-grain mapo tofu; and seared Australian Fremantle octopus with broccolini. For dessert, a warm chocolate tart is paired with espresso Chantilly cream, while a fruity mille feuille comes with coconut pastry cream. They’ll also be serving coffee and pastries from 8am in the morning onwards.
