The food here stands out, but the location certainly doesn’t. The head chef is in a class of his own, and has been cooking in Hong Kong for the past 30 years. The food is always fresh and as authentically Japanese as you’ll get anywhere, and if you give them free rein with your cooked dishes, you’re unlikely to be disappointed. $250.
