This new-for-2020 hotpot joint stands in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui and offers up some of the most flavoursome food of its kind in the city. The signature red soup base comes from a century-old secret recipe of a salt merchant family from Sichuan, and makes for a taste experience that is sure to find many fans this winter. The restaurant prides itself on its use of high-quality fishes like giant grouper and monk fish, together with local fish products like Chiu-Chow fish balls, deep-fried fish block and fish roll. The restaurant is located on the first floor, under which lies a stylish bar serving cocktails made using Chinese spirits.
