Oreryu Shio Ramen, which literally translates as 'salt ramen, my style' originates from Shibuya, Tokyo. Since coming to Hong Kong, it has brought its signature shio ramen to Hong Kong’s ramen cravers. With an authentically Japanese ramen setup, Oreryu offers condiments such as rich black garlic and the refreshingly piquant yuzu pepper which allow you to customise the highly malleable shio broth to your liking.
