Italian restaurant Palco Ristorante opened in Chai Wan ten years ago before moving to its more well-known Wan Chai location. Frequented by many, including celebrities, the restaurant recently set off again to Harbour City in Tsim Sha Tsui. Supported by some of Hong Kong's best sea views, and indoor and outdoor seating, the new Palco Ristorante is off to a good start. Owner and chef Ken Lau has worked at other established restaurants include Verandah, Chesa and Felix in the Peninsula Hotel, and also worked for many years at Gaddi's, a high-end French restaurant in Hong Kong. His skill in combining Asian and local elements with high-end cuisine is why this restaurant has become so popular with just about everyone.
