Passepartout, or the master key in French, is an all-day brunch and coffee spot that those in the know already frequent in Causeway Bay. Serving unique dishes such as their signature Calcutta dish, which piles crispy deep-fried butter chicken atop a spiced masala waffle, and a hearty bowl, named after Japan's city Yokohama, of wagyu gyudon served like an Asian-style eggs Benedict, Passepartout already makes brunch-goers very happy with the food. But that's not all, as they also have some interesting takes on the coffee front, including a sweet and slightly savoury miso caramel latte and Hong Kong-style "naked yinyeung", which they call Cino, a variation of the classic made with Pu-erh and coffee without milk.
