Pici (Sha Tin)

Cheap and cheerful pasta joint Pici ventures out into the New Territories with its fourth branch at Sha Tin’s New Town Plaza. The restaurant is the brand’s largest location to date and boasts 130 seats in the famously busy shopping mall. The Sha Tin shop offers Pici’s most popular starters and handmade pastas – including the signature orecchiette with Italian sausage and pappardelle with slow-cooked beef cheek ragu – but there’ll also be new items, such as the fritto misto. Take our advice and go for the tasting menu, which includes a feast of dishes for just $280 per person.
