Offering an innovative take on Italian fine dining, Radical Chic is one of the latest restaurants located on the 101st floor of the International Commerce Center (ICC) in West Kowloon. It’s helmed by executive chef Andrea Tarini who has worked alongside the likes of Mauro Uliassi at three-Michelin-starred Uliassi in Italy, and Heinz Beck of three-Michelin-starred Taste of Italy in Dubai. Aside from the kick-ass views, you’ll also be able to sample degustation menus for lunch and dinner, starting from $480 for four courses at lunch and $1,380 for six courses for dinner. Think carnaroli risotto with fresh seafood and caviar, frog legs and tomato marmalade, grilled Japanese eel with wild celery and much more.
