Its executive chef, Andrea Zamboni, has over two decades of experience being mentored and working with some of the world's finest Italian chefs, as well as working in establishments like two-Michelin starred Oliver Glowig at L'Olivo, Napoli's Capri Palace Hotel & Spa, and one Michelin-starred Luca Marchini at Modena's Ristorante L'Erba del Re. Along with sky-high views, here, you’ll also be able to sample a menu full of contemporary twists to Italian cuisine, providing you with a fine dining experience unlike any other.
