The latest restaurant from the Black Sheep group brings an Anglo-Indian vibe to The Peak. The inspiration for Rajasthan Rifles comes from the mess halls of the British Raj period: the places where the good old boys would come together to eat and socialise. The menu has been designed by Palash Mitra of Michelin-starred New Punjab Club, so expect simple, perfectly executed British-Indian dishes. Opens late June.
