Time Out says

Taking over 208 Hollywood is JIA Group’s new concept Ramato. The neighbourhood Italian restaurant is the brainchild of chef Antimo Maria Merone of Estro and mixologist Mario Calderone of Duddell’s. Named after the Puglian round tomato, expect Romato to serve hearty, traditional family-style Italian fare. The dish that stands out to us the most is the spaghetti ramato tomato sauce (the restaurant’s rendition of the spaghetti pomodori in Ramato’s signature red sauce). Others that jump off the page include the homemade pappardelle ragu, 1.5kg baked sea bass and XL king tiger prawns. Ramato has now soft opened and is welcoming diners all day.
