Ramen Ikka's owner flew to Tokyo to learn the craft of ramen due to his passion. The umami broth made from pork and fish is light enough for you to down without feeling glutted after. You can choose from two Japanese char siu types, or have both served with ramen sourced from a Japanese ramen factory.
