Even though this restaurant is situated inside the theme park that is the Sands hotel and casino, the food is fantastic and authentically Macanese. Recommended dishes include minchee made with minced meat, potatoes, and onions served with a big fried egg on top (very Macanese). It is said this is a good cure for hangovers, much like a full English fry-up. Also try the crab curry seafood cataplana and some Super Bock, a Portuguese beer, to wash it all down. Gets crowded so call ahead to book.
