Sai Kung’s Rias café is known for roasting their own beans, and co-founder Margaret has even won the Asia Roasting Championship 2024. More than 30 kinds of coffee beans are painstakingly curated, while the Rias Coffee Roastery Lab also hosts coffee roasting workshops, lessons on pour-over coffee, and other coffee-related activities.
