Time Out says

Created by the same people behind American-style pizza joint Carbs, Rollie takes inspiration from west coast-style Japanese food and serves up open-style temaki, otherwise known as a sushi handroll. Expect fun interpretations of Japanese American sushi such as the Dragon or Rainbow Roll, Ex-Scallop-Ur (we love a good food pun!) with garlic butter seared scallops, and the signature Wil.i.roll which combines spicy tuna, avocado, yellow radish, and fried garlic. There are also appetisers including tempura avocado, which is crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, chicken skin gyoza, and more main dishes such as snow crab udon. For dessert, sister company Cookie Department provides a matcha basque burnt cheesecake to finish the meal. There will also be draft beers, sake, spirits, and a selection of cocktails to enjoy.
