Pop-up dining concept Test Kitchen is hosting their first-ever sake pairing event! Held for two nights only, guests are invited to sink their teeth into a seven-course tasting menu prepared by chef Jimmy, formerly of Aberdeen Street Social and two Michelin-starred Arbor, with sake pairings specially curated by sake sommelier Will Jarvis from Sake Matters.
Using only the finest seasonal Japanese produce, the menu is elegant and refined, consisting of dishes such as beef tartare with potato puff, Spanish red prawn with koji risotto and caviar, tom yum goong, venison satay, and more. Each dish is paired with a different sake to complement and elevate the abundance of unique flavours on the plate.
