Sakesan specialises in contemporary robatayaki cuisine. The restaurant's open kitchen peddles hot plates of grilled, glazed lamb chops, rib eye steaks, black cod, among other dishes. Booze is also a big part of this space and they're particularly proud of their selection of sakes, shochus, artisan beers and Japanese cocktails. Dinner for two: $750.
