We’re pretty excited about Salt and Barrel, the latest venture by Blacksalt’s chef Taran Chadha. A collaboration with local breweries Black Kite and Kowloon Bay, the self-styled taproom and ‘kebaberie’ offers colourful, spice-led variations of the subcontinental dish, as well as 15 beers on tap. Opens late June.
