Time Out says

Lamma Island offers a waterfront with numerous outdoor seafood restaurants. But for local flavours and the best sunset views, we recommend heading to Sau Kee Seafood Restaurant (formerly called Andy's Seafood). The local eatery features an al fresco terrace facing the waterfront where you can people-watch and see boats docking while you wait for your meal. Expect fresh seafood like fish, mussels, razor clams, abalones, prawns, lobster, and crabs, which you can enjoy steamed, deep-fried, or stir-fried with lots of garlic. Our favourites on the menu are the mussels with chives, steamed razor clams with vermicelli, and salt and pepper squid.

Call in advance for table reservations. For walk-ins, make sure you go during off-peak hours – after lunch or just before dinner – to get the best seaside view.
