Sheung Hing Restaurant

We always get taken to this modest restaurant by our Chiu Chow friends, and for good reason. Whereas modern eateries like Chao Inn focus on presentation and ambience, Sheung Hing just serves honest-to-goodness specialties such as stir fried pig's belly with chives and marinated Goose (we love the accompanying tofu slices), with a very fragrant bowl of steamed rice. Meal for two: around $400.
