Time Out says

Named after the Thai word for "friends", Siaw is a casual eatery tucked away in Tsim Sha Tsui that whips up comforting Thai dishes. Expect to find classics like pad kra pao – minced pork or beef with holy basil on steamed rice –, Wagyu boat noodles served in a herbaceous, thick broth, and pad kee mao with pickled chillies on the side. While you can opt for classic desserts like ice cream and mango sticky rice, Siaw's kha nom krok – crispy coconut rice flour pancakes with custardy centres – offer the perfect balance between sweet and savoury.
