Sushi Nakamoto

Adding to the already stellar lineup of high-end Japanese restaurants in town, newcomer Sushi Nakamoto is a traditional Edomae restaurant that only offers omakase meals. It’s probably wise to put your trust in the chef here, since chef Nakamoto worked at highly reputable restaurants, such as Ginza's Michelin-starred Ichiyanagi and Hong Kong’s Sushi Sase, before opening this intimate 15-seater.
