Hong Kong’s Japanese restaurant scene is beefed up even further with the opening of T8 Japanese Cuisine in Lan Kwai Fong. The restaurant, led by teppanyaki chef and wagyu master Arthur Li and his team, offers a menu filled with hot griddled dishes such as A5 Miyazaki wagyu steak, foie gras with red-wine pear sauce, Ezo abalone, lobster, uni fried rice, and much more at the teppanyaki bar. It also benefits from a small sushi bar, where sashimi and sushi are also available.
