Helmed Daisuke Mori, Takumi by Daisuke Mori merges French culinary traditions with Japanese ingredients to create delicate and unique dishes. The restaurant seats only 13 diners in front of an open kitchen, creating an intimate environment. The set menu changes depending on seasonal ingredients which are mainly from Japan, France and Europe.
