The Atrium is a Chinese restaurant located in Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, helmed by chef So Chi-fai, who has over three decades of experience in the kitchen and is known for his dedication to bringing out the subtleties and freshness of the ingredients he uses in his cuisine. The menu consists of traditional Chinese favourites like dim sum – lookout for the shrimp and pork dumplings, which are shaped like goldfish, and mains including the standout headliner, the steamed glutinous rice with mud crab.
