The Factory, a private kitchen and event space, has opened in Wong Chuk Hang with Gordon Ramsay alum Brandon Tomkinson leading the kitchen. The private dining space can be catered to anything from intimate private dinners to larger events and is fitted out with a fully equipped kitchen and bar. An event menu might include dishes such as chicken and foie gras galantine with fig jam and tomato bruschetta or tenderloin stuffed with oysters wrapped in bacon. Other more indulgent mains include a beef wellington, or grilled lobster tail and pan-roasted foie gras.
