This new addition to FWD House 1881 is helmed by Chef Ki Pak Chan, previously of the Michelin-starred Wing Lei at the Wynn Macau. Here he and his team cook up a mouth-watering selection of classic Chinese dishes, with a range of dim sum and mains including Sichuan-style lobster and tofu, sweet and sour pork, seasonal vegetables with geoduck in broth, and much more.
