If you've ever tasted the artwork-esque sweet concoctions from Coco cake shop at The Mira hotel, you'll be glad to know that the man behind it all - pastry chef Thomas Lui - has just opened up his own patisserie. Thomas Trillion bakes the same sort of art deco cakes that Coco was famous for. Must-eats include the dome-shaped Apple Mint? mousse cake and the pink ne pretty Raspberry Dome fruit tart.
