Getting a table in this Macau institution is almost impossible if you don't have a reservation. This 70 year-old restaurant has an elegant, newish décor, but the recipe for their decades old braised shark's fin with chicken and Chinese ham, served in a huge tureen, has the most sublime and rich white broth. For a less decadent meal try their dim sum lunch.
