This popular Japanese brand is known for its affordable glazed and grilled freshwater eel. Its first store in Hong Kong offers a cheap and cheerful menu with items such as the signature two-layer unadon and the special set featuring eel served in three ways. Note that the restaurant doesn’t take reservations so be sure to arrive early if you want a seat.
