Chef Vicky Cheng of one Michelin-starred VEA Restaurant teams up with Le Moût’s Lanshu Chen for a special two-night-only degustation dinner ($2,480) that highlights Chinese, Taiwanese and French cuisine. Known for its contemporary haute cuisine, Le Moût has received many accolades since opening a decade ago, including the ranking of the best restaurant in Taiwan by Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016. It came as sad news then, when Chen announced that Le Moût will close by the end of the year. In fact, the VEA collaboration is set to be Chen’s last overseas guest chef appearance before the closure so be sure to book a seat if you want to try one of the final suppers by Le Moût.
