Located at the revamped Ovolo Central hotel, Veda is a vegetarian restaurant curated by chef and salad advocate Hetty McKinnon of Brooklyn’s Arthur Street Kitchen fame. Proving that plant-based eating is anything but boring, the Veda team plates up vibrant, flavour-led creations such as Nepalese ricotta and spinach momos with smoked chilli and tomato pickle, and soba noodle salad with ginger and shallot dressing. Open from breakfast through to dinnertime, Veda also offers an artisanal list of coffees, wines and cocktails to go with its green menu.
