Order the pizza-making kit at Motorino for $208, and they will send you a package of dough and toppings to use for the class. All you need to prepare is a convection oven with a tray big enough to fit a regular 12-inch pizza. Chef Luca will be answering questions in real-time, so viewers can ask via commenting on the feed.
