Taking up the spacious and picturesque spot of Aqua at One Peking in Tsim Sha Tsui is Vista, the latest Italian restaurant from the Aqua Restaurant Group. It has certainly been a busy season for the group as they’ve been opening venues left and right, from the new locations of Hutong and Aqua, to the revamp of The Statement into Cantina. Vista is sitting on a two-storey penthouse spot that overlooks the lovely harbour. The restaurant presents dishes like Venetian cicchetti, handcrafted pastas and pizzas, risotto, grilled seafood, and more. Guests can also sample a range of classic Italian cocktails from Negroni, Garibaldi, and spritzes, as well as modern twists to punches and Paloma.
