Fine dining next to the harbour. Life doesn’t get much better. Head to the Central Ferry Piers and check into the Watermark for some terrific roasts, some fresh seafood specials and some classy dry-aged steaks. There’s a romantic atmosphere here as you’re wowed by the 270-degree view of the harbour. So, that means oysters and champagne, yeah? It also means you must dig into the seafood platter for two, the bone-in prime rib-eye of beeffor two and the roasted duck with lavender honey. Yeah, don’t share that. It’s too good.
