Time Out says

Whisk is The Mira Hong Kong’s refined modern European restaurant, led by chef Sheldon Fonseca. The trendy monochromatic interior and international gourmet fare at the restaurant have helped to bolster The Mira’s culinary reputation. Expect to delight in modern European plates like Japanese fruit tomato topped with ama ebi and finger limes, whole roasted three-yellow chicken served with black truffle and 10-grain rice, as well as foie gras mi-cuit with apricots and smoked duck toast.
