Time Out says

The famous and highly decorated Chinese restaurant chain comes to K11 Musea. This branch is headed by chef Sze, who presents a selection of brand-new offerings on the menu, like the Shanghai rice cake with eight treasures ($220) – made with pork, chicken, water chestnut, sea cucumber, bamboo shoots, mushrooms and two types of shrimp. There is also a wide selection of dim sum, including the standout crab roe meat bun ($120), and braised beef ribs with special sauce ($340). If time-tested dishes of the middle east of China are what you're after, along with views of Victoria Harbour, you might want to check this one out.
