Long before Lord Stow's Portuguese natas (egg tarts) became Macau's signature dessert, Macanese were flocking to Yee Shun Milk Company for their silky steamed milk pudding. The decades-old shop in the historic Leal Senado town square is still serving their all-time favourite, ginger steamed milk pudding. In the evening, be prepared to share tables and stand in line. Dessert for two: around $50.
