This Chinese diner has had a facelift. With its high ceilings and 9,000 sq ft of space, YUÈ can seat as many as 330 people and has two private rooms. It offers traditional dim sum along with a wide range of signature Cantonese dishes including fried rice with shrimps in abalone sauce wrapped in lotus leaf, baked crab shell stuffed with crab meat and award-winning dishes such as the seared star garoupa fillet with fish maw on egg white and truffle sauce.
