Since Sheraton Hong Kong Tung Chung Hotel opened its doors at the end of 2020, it has housed a refined Chinese eatery, Yue. Its executive chef, Chung Chi-keung, has been in the industry for over 35 years and previously led the IFC branch of Cuisine Cuisine, which earned its first Michelin star in 2011. With experience in Shanghai, Sichuan, and Beijing, Chef Chung integrates each region's culinary culture into his Cantonese fare. Yue offers exquisite dim sum and intricate ‘kung fu dishes’, such as Chinese-style fried chicken and deep-fried stuffed crab shells.
